The Swedish BAT-3A round for the 106mm recoiless rifle is an example. A simple armoured cone is added to the front of the projectile and the base fuze of the HEAT warhead is delayed. This allows the round to penetrate the reactive armour plates at a velocity that does not set them off and then the warhead detonates against the main armour plate. Cheap and cheerfull.
